                             ORDINANCE NO.   10025 
                
                 AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                 AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, ARTICLE
                 VI, SECTION 804(3) RELATIVE TO THE LOCATION OF
                 FILLING STATIONS AND REPAIR GARAGES IN THE C-4
                 PLANNED COMMERCE CENTER ZONE.

         	BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
         CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, 
the
         Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
        
         	SECTION 1:   Amend Article V, Section 804(3), by
         deleting the following:
               
                   ...; filling stations and repair garages for
                the repair and testing of internal combustion
                engines provided that such uses shall be located
                in a separate structure at least one-hundred
                fifty (150) feet from any use of a nonsimilar
                nature; 
               
        
         And substitute in lieu thereof the following:
               
                ...; service stations and small tune-up shops;
                
        
         	SECTION 2.   BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
